Ask your documents anything.

Point Nudocs at a folder and ask the way you’d ask a colleague. It reads the files, here a clinical protocol and a site safety procedure, and answers in a few plain sentences, flagging where the two disagree.

Every answer shows its source.

Each citation is graded against the passage it points to. Open one to read that passage, then jump straight to it in the document and check it yourself.

Edits arrive as tracked changes.

Ask for a revision and Nudocs makes it in the Word file as a tracked change you accept or reject, leaving the other side’s redline and comments as they are. It can reply in their comment thread too.

Catch every change between versions.

Give Nudocs two versions of a contract. It reads both, tracked changes and comments included, and separates what the other side marked from what they changed quietly: here, a notice period moved from 30 days to 90 with no tracked change.

Point Nudocs at a folder of differently laid-out reports. It pulls the fields you name into one table and cites every figure, so you can check any number.

Redaction that removes the text.

A black box over live text is a disclosure waiting to happen. Nudocs removes the personal details you name from the PDF, then checks every page that none of them remain.

Is Nudocs free?
The Mac app is free. Document and AI services use Nutrient DWS free allowances or paid usage. Usage depends on the services your task uses and your DWS plan.
What do I download, and what do I need?
Nudocs is a Mac app, delivered as a disk image (.dmg). Open it and drag Nudocs to Applications. You need a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 13 or later, and a Nutrient DWS account, which you sign in to the first time the app opens.
Does everything stay on my Mac?
Depending on the task, instructions and document content may be sent to AI providers and Nutrient services. Review the desktop Privacy Policy and the app’s privacy settings before adding files.
Can I use information from other tools?
Yes, through connections you configure in Settings, such as Slack, Notion, other integrations, and custom MCP connections. Check the references used for your task.
