Ask Nudocs to update a date, correct an amount, or revise selected text in an existing PDF. Open the edited copy and check the change in context.

For Macs with Apple silicon. A Nutrient DWS account is required. The Mac app is free; document and AI services use DWS free allowances or paid usage, depending on your plan and task.

## How do I edit a PDF with Nudocs?

Open the PDF, describe the specific change, and ask for an edited copy. Review the changed text, surrounding layout, and output file before using it.

## Example request

Change the delivery date to 15 November and update the total to €2,400 in this pricing brief. Save an edited copy for me to review.

## Start with the supplied PDF

Open the file you need to change. Identify the page, text, or amount so the instruction has a clear target.

## Describe a bounded edit

Say what should change and what should stay the same. Ask for a separate output so you can compare it with the original.

## Inspect the result

Check the edited region and the rest of the page, including tables, links, and images. Reopen the saved PDF before sharing it.

## What to check

Editing a supplied PDF and generating a replacement document are different jobs. Check which output was produced and whether it fits your purpose; layout preservation is not guaranteed.
